Creating value for people, planet and profits

We want to be the essential partner to businesses by building a futureproof and responsible supply chain.

To achieve a futureproof supply chain, we have three priorities

Sustainable Supply Chain
We work towards a sustainable value chain with products and services that are made, sold and used responsibly
Reducing Carbon Emissions
Our carbon footprint is continuously measured and reduced.
Employee and Society
We are committed to empowering our people and community to create a brighter future together

Sustainable Supply Chain: We work towards a sustainable value chain with products and services that are made, sold and used responsibly

  • CSR and the procurement team visited 28 suppliers in six production countries to discuss social and environmental risks
  • Together with Sedex, the world’s largest data platform for supply chain assessment, we updated our Supplier Code of Conduct and shared it with our suppliers and business partners
  • We have joined Sedex and asked our suppliers in high-risk countries to do the same.
  • 54 of our suppliers have become members of Sedex
  • Sedex can help us and our suppliers to manage the social and environmental risks

Reducing Carbon Footprint: We are committed to a sustainable future, with a strong focus on CO₂ reduction. Our carbon footprint is continuously measured and reduced.

  • We have committed to live up to the requirements of Science Based Reduction Targets initiative (SBTi)
  • We continuously measure our CO2 footprint with GroenBalans
  • We created a clear roadmap on how to reduce our CO₂ footprint, in scopes 1 & 2 of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG), with 42% in 2030 (compared to 2022)
  • From 2023 to 2025, we have reduced CO2 emissions in line with this target
  • We improved the carboard packaging used in our warehouses. They are from fully recycled materials and FSC-certified
  • We have added CO2 criteria into carrier contracts
  • We expanded the use of solar energy at our site in Italy and in Leek, NL
  • On select transport routes, we launched pilots using bio-diesel, which can reduce emissions by 80% compared to regular diesel
  • We have electrified our lease vehicles, with Norway becoming the first fully-electric fleet

Employee and Society: We are committed to empowering our people and community to create a brighter future together.

  • Under our flagship organization-wide community outreach program Kramp Impacts, we support various initiatives across our business.
  • In 2025, we contributed € 80.000 to projects and initiatives related to sustainable farming, forestry and communities in farming

FSC-certified assortment: Kramp cares deeply about the planet and has become a Promotional Trademark License holder of FSC®. We want to promote articles in our assortment that contain FSC wood  to support responsible management of the world’s forests. We have asked our suppliers to deliver their articles in FSC-certified packaging. In our warehouses, we use FSC-certified packaging wherever possible.

Supply Chain Assessment by Sedex: Kramp is proud to partner with Sedex, the world's largest data platform for supply chain assessment. They have helped us update our Suppliers Code of Conduct. This code emphasizes our commitment to achieving our CSR goals in collaboration with our key business partners and suppliers by identifying risks of negative impacts and taking appropriate corrective actions. We are now working with our suppliers to join Sedex as well, so they can also get expert guidance on managing their environmental and social risks better.

Kramp Impacts: This is our Community Outreach Support Program, which is all about making a positive impact. We want to support the farming communities in their transition to a more sustainable future. In this program, we focus on climate related to agriculture & forestry, innovation and research in agriculture and supporting the needs of the farming community.
