Sempre in movimento

Last year, construction began on Kramp's new Nordic Distribution Center in Vejle. Six months into 2026, the next phase of work is underway where a sizeable portion of the assortment will be handled.

The physical build of the racking systems is expected to begin next month and is being delivered by @Thanex A/S. Racking will support larger, slow-moving and irregular products, while the AutoStore system that's being delivered by Element Logic, will handle smaller, fast-moving items that are stored in bins. Currently, the area is being prepared for construction of racking systems, supported by @KT Erhvervsbyg A/S.

Together, these two systems will handle a complete product range that's based on efficiency, smart system design, system integration and flow optimisation. This setup is expected to support significantly higher throughput, enabling order fulfilment speeds that are much faster than manual processes.

The warehouse in Vejle is steadily moving from construction towards operation. Each step brings the site closer to becoming a fully operational distribution center that will support growth and cater to our customers in the Nordics.

Colleagues and their families came together for the Kramp Poland annual family picnic.

Despite the summer heat, it was the biggest picnic yet with over 400 attendees. Activities were themed across Agriculture, Workshop and Forest & Landscaping. Parents and children built wooden bird feeders, painted canvas bags, planted greenery, created a collaborative artwork, raced mini tractors and drove in a tractor simulator.

A highlight of the day was the guided warehouse tours, where families got a behind-the-scenes look at the heart of our business and the work Kramp employees do every day.

Events like these remind us that Kramp is more than a workplace. Our success is made possible by a community built on collaboration and pride.

Kramp made its debut at Hillhead 2026 last week, meeting construction businesses from across the industry over three busy days in a working quarry.

The UK team's stand was located right on the walkway down to the main quarry, putting the team in front of just about every visitor who passed through. This made for plenty of valuable conversations with businesses meeting the brand for the first time.

It was a strong first outing at this amazing event, and Kramp will be back at Hillhead in two years. Thank you to the account managers and customer specialists who made it happen – despite the dust and record-breaking heat!

De winnaar van de Kramp TIM Challenge 2026 is bekend!🏆

Studenten van @Firda Heerenveen, @Aeres MBO Dronten en @Aventus Apeldoorn gingen de uitdaging aan om een innovatieve oplossing te ontwikkelen die werkzaamheden eenvoudiger, sneller en professioneler maakt. En vorige week vond de spannende finale van challenge plaats.

Na de presentaties van de oplossingen koos de jury uiteindelijk Aventus als winnaar. Hun winnende concept, de “Oliefant”, is een draadloos en verrijdbaar pompsysteem dat gebruikt kan worden om olie eenvoudig te verversen in het veld.

Gefeliciteerd Aventus met deze mooie prestatie! En complimenten aan alle deelnemers voor hun creativiteit, vakmanschap en innovatieve ideeën.

Vi bygger för framtiden – med höga hållbarhetsambitioner 🏗️

Just nu pågår byggnationen av vårt nya högteknologiska distributionscenter i Norden. Anläggningen kommer att bli navet för vår lager- och logistikverksamhet i hela regionen och med en yta på cirka 21 000 m² och planerad färdigställning 2027 är detta en av våra största investeringar hittills.

Från start har vi haft en tydlig ambition om att skapa en byggnad som kombinerar effektiv logistik med höga krav på kvalitet, arbetsmiljö och hållbarhet. Målet är att uppnå miljöcertifieringen DGNB Guld, vilket innebär ett omfattande arbete genom hela projektet – från design och materialval till byggprocess och framtida drift.

🗨️ ”Att arbeta mot en miljöcertifiering innebär tydliga krav genom hela projektet. Inte bara på själva byggnaden utan även på dokumentation, processer och materialval. Det innebär en högre investering, men resulterar också i en mer långsiktig byggnad”.

Per due giorni la sede di Kramp Italia ha ospitato una clinica mobile, con oltre 100 screening gratuiti per i nostri collaboratori.

Crediamo che il benessere delle persone sia un valore fondamentale, e questa iniziativa è un modo concreto per dimostrarlo.

Grazie alla collaborazione con @Progetti del Cuore Srl Società Benefit, i dipendenti hanno potuto sottoporsi direttamente in sede a visite dermatologiche con mappatura dei nevi, controlli endocrinologici con ecografia tiroidea e visite senologiche con ecografia e – dove necessario – mammografia. Un modo per rendere i controlli specialistici più semplici e accessibili, e per diffondere la cultura della prevenzione.

Come ha sottolineato Giancarlo Montanari, Country Director di Kramp Italia: "Prendersi cura dei nostri dipendenti è una responsabilità oltre che un valore."

Investire nella salute significa costruire un ambiente di lavoro più inclusivo e attento alle persone.

Recently, @Google's Cloud AI live event in Amsterdam hosted more than 1,000 business leaders across the Benelux region, with a focus on building and scaling Agentic AI systems for organisations. AI agents are fully autonomous systems that execute complex workflows.

Kramp along with @Xebia presented their insights and AI journey on scaling Agentic AI securely at Kramp to boost our ecommerce offerings and assortment to reach our revenue ambitions by 2030.

The goal is to empower everyone at Kramp to build and adopt AI safely by turning individual productivity into collective business impact.

In addition, Olivier Luxon also participated in a customer panel discussion where he shared his insights on the ongoing challenges and opportunities in AI adoption across businesses today.
