Per due giorni la sede di Kramp Italia ha ospitato una clinica mobile, con oltre 100 screening gratuiti per i nostri collaboratori.
Crediamo che il benessere delle persone sia un valore fondamentale, e questa iniziativa è un modo concreto per dimostrarlo.
Grazie alla collaborazione con @Progetti del Cuore Srl Società Benefit, i dipendenti hanno potuto sottoporsi direttamente in sede a visite dermatologiche con mappatura dei nevi, controlli endocrinologici con ecografia tiroidea e visite senologiche con ecografia e – dove necessario – mammografia. Un modo per rendere i controlli specialistici più semplici e accessibili, e per diffondere la cultura della prevenzione.
Come ha sottolineato Giancarlo Montanari, Country Director di Kramp Italia: "Prendersi cura dei nostri dipendenti è una responsabilità oltre che un valore."
Investire nella salute significa costruire un ambiente di lavoro più inclusivo e attento alle persone.

Recently, @Google's Cloud AI live event in Amsterdam hosted more than 1,000 business leaders across the Benelux region, with a focus on building and scaling Agentic AI systems for organisations. AI agents are fully autonomous systems that execute complex workflows.
Kramp along with @Xebia presented their insights and AI journey on scaling Agentic AI securely at Kramp to boost our ecommerce offerings and assortment to reach our revenue ambitions by 2030.
The goal is to empower everyone at Kramp to build and adopt AI safely by turning individual productivity into collective business impact.
In addition, Olivier Luxon also participated in a customer panel discussion where he shared his insights on the ongoing challenges and opportunities in AI adoption across businesses today.

Det är därför vi ser Borgeby Fältdagar som så mycket mer än en mässa. För oss handlar det om att möta kunder, lyssna på marknaden och diskutera hur vi tillsammans kan skapa trygghet och långsiktighet i en bransch som ständigt förändras.
Vi ser fram emot två dagar fyllda av samtal om allt från reservdelar och hydraulik till logistik, tillgänglighet och framtidens lantbruk.

Sheep-herding and clog golf are not our usual workday, but that was exactly the point of Kramp's first ever Omniday.
The idea was simple: step away from the daily routine and get to know our colleagues better. Our global omnichannel team rolled up their sleeves for the Kramp Strategy Lab, where they came up with creative business ideas and pitched them to the group.
There was lots of teamwork and friendly competition, and colleagues made new connections with people they had never worked with before. We finished the day with an outdoor BBQ – and even the weather played along.
Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make the first Omniday such a success.

Many visitors at Bata Agro 2026 said that Kramp's was one of the most attractive booths they had seen at the five-day exhibition. For the Kramp team, that was a real reward for weeks of preparation.
@BATA AGRO is Bulgaria's largest agricultural trade fair, bringing together farmers, dealers and industry professionals from across the country.
As well as special promos and giveaways, the team had hundreds of conversations about what Kramp offers and how we can support customers' businesses. For visitors, it was a first real introduction to the brand. For us, it was a valuable chance to listen and understand what farmers and dealers in Bulgaria truly need.
Special thanks to everyone who helped to make this event so impactful. We are already looking forward to next year's edition.
