But our story has never just been about growth. It's about the people who built it, the customers and dealers who put their trust in us, the partners who have grown alongside us and the communities where we live and work. Every relationship, innovation, challenge and step forward has shaped who we are today.

How much of the cost of parts shows up on the invoice? For most dealers and workshops, it's only around 25%. The other 75% often goes unrecorded and gets spent on:
• Time chasing multiple suppliers.
• Admin for each order.
• Shelf space holding stock that quietly loses value.
With fertiliser and energy prices making farm margins tighter, farmers are holding on to machines for longer instead of replacing them. That means more of a dealer's business now runs through the parts counter and the workshop. So these unrecorded costs carry more weight than they used to.

Every Kramp story starts with a first day. We recently celebrated a colleague whose first day was 46 years ago. For others, it was this week!
Our newest joiners come from Colombia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Iran and the Netherlands. On their onboarding day they got a behind-the-scenes tour and met the teams they'll be working alongside.
One of the highlights? Our automated shuttle system. As one new colleague put it: "The shuttle is so impressive! It's like a giant wall filled with boxes, holding more parts than you can imagine. Seeing thousands of parts moving through the system at high speed really brought the scale of Kramp to life."
Nearly 3,500 people work at Kramp today. Every one of them started with a first day, including Johan Kramp in 1951.

Sommaren är högsäsong för många av de branscher vi arbetar med ☀️
Medan en del njuter av en välförtjänt semester är det många som har fullt upp med att hålla projekt, produktion och maskiner i gång.
Vi vill därför passa på att tacka våra kunder, samarbetspartners och kollegor för ett gott samarbete under årets första hälft.
Nu ser vi fram emot en spännande sensommar och en stark höst. Vi hoppas att du får en fin sommar, oavsett om den tillbringas på jobbet eller med lediga dagar.

Mens nogle nyder en velfortjent ferie, er der mange, der har ekstra travlt med at holde projekter, produktion og maskiner i gang.
Vi vil derfor gerne benytte lejligheden til at sige tak til kunder, samarbejdspartnere og kolleger for et godt samarbejde i årets første halvdel.
Vi ser frem til en spændende sensommer og et stærkt efterår, og vi ønsker alle en god sommer, uanset hvordan den tilbringes.

Vor kurzem haben rund 240 Mitarbeiter von Kramp im Bamberg Grove den Sommer eingeläutet. Die idyllische Kulisse des Bootshauses an der Regnitz bot den perfekten Rahmen für das diesjährige Sommerfest. Viele Gäste erschienen in Trachten und sorgten so für echtes „Kerwe“-Flair. Neben guten Gesprächen und leckerem Essen warteten zahlreiche Highlights auf die Besucher. In der Fotobox konnten Erinnerungen an den Abend festgehalten werden, während beim Baumstammnageln und Bierkrugheben Geschicklichkeit und Ausdauer gefragt waren. Auch Naschkatzen kamen voll auf ihre Kosten: Lebkuchenherzen, frisches Popcorn und eine Auswahl an Gummitiere sorgten für süße Genussmomente.
Die Bamberg Special Band sorgte für die passende musikalische Unterhaltung, begleitete den Abend mit ihrer Musik und sorgte für eine tolle Stimmung. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Organisatoren für ein großartiges Erlebnis und an alle Kollegen, die diesen Tag zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht haben!
