Vorige week mochten we 50 studenten van @Hogeschool Saxion verwelkomen op onze Kramp-locaties in Varsseveld.
Samen met @Gemeente Oude IJsselstreek en @SmartHub Achterhoek werken de studenten aan een actueel vraagstuk: hoe ontwikkelen we de OV-hub in Varsseveld tot een aantrekkelijke en toekomstbestendige locatie? Een mooi voorbeeld van hoe frisse perspectieven en jong talent bijdragen aan regionale ontwikkeling.
Bij Kramp geloven we in het verbinden met de volgende generatie. Door kennis te delen, van hun ideeën te leren en een beeld te geven van werken binnen een internationale organisatie. Daarnaast boden deze dagen een mooie gelegenheid om te laten zien hoe we bij Kramp duurzaam ondernemen.

Kramp has entered into an agreement with @Element Logic® for the delivery and implementation of an AutoStore and conveyor system in the upcoming Nordic distribution centre in Vejle, Denmark.
Element Logic was chosen based on their many years of experience with AutoStore implementations in complex logistics environments, with a focus on space optimisation. The new automated warehouse will ensure maximum ultilisation of capacity and space. The system is characterised by optimal use of floor space, as picking and operations take place vertically.
It will be a central part of our future ability to run fast, compact and efficient warehouse operations. The goal is to improve both speed and accuracy in inbound and picking flows. The AutoStore system will enable Kramp Nordics to deliver even faster and more reliably to its customers – especially as demand for rapid order processing continues to grow.
We are proud to partner with Element Logic to future-proof our logistics and further expand our customers in the Nordic market

Afgelopen vrijdag ging een aantal van onze collega's op pad voor NLdoet. Samen met de bewoners van het Hovenhuis in Varsseveld staken ze de handen uit de mouwen en plantten ze vrolijke viooltjes om de tuin wat extra kleur te geven.
Maar misschien nog wel het beste moment: samen koffie drinken, genieten van gebakjes en gesprekken. Kleine momenten die veel betekenen.
Bedankt Hovenhuis Varsseveld voor de warme ontvangst en het werk dat jullie doen.

Deliveries from Germany to our customers in Austria and Switzerland are now made with trucks that run on environment-friendly fuels like HVO100 and BIO LNG.
Together with our transport partner @Pflaum Logistik, we’re helping reduce CO₂ emissions during fuel production.
HVO100, made from 100% renewable raw materials such as waste cooking oil and animal fats, can cut CO₂ emissions by up to 90% over its entire life cycle compared to fossil diesel. These raw materials absorb more CO₂ during their growth than is released when the fuel is used, resulting in a much smaller carbon footprint.
This collaboration shows what’s possible when we work together towards a shared goal: a more sustainable future for our industry.

Just last week, Martin Verdirk assembled and tested this 15-way Danfoss proportional valve. It will be installed in a machine that needs several hydraulic functions to work smoothly and with precision.
Sometimes, off-the-shelf solutions aren't quite up to the task. Customers might need a valve built around specific applications with the right flow and the right pressure (this one is rated for 180 bar).
Kramp is a certified @Danfoss Power Solutions Build Centre. And since the start of 2026, the team has already built 216 customer-specific proportional valves – breaking our own fabrication record. 🎉
Each unit is assembled with care, and ready to support reliable performance.

Three days can go by fast. At Myplant & Garden 2026 in Milan Rho, Italy, those days were filled with practical questions and useful discussions.
Although Myplant was celebrating its 10th anniversary, this was the first time that Kramp joined in. The team spoke with customers, partners and industry professionals about forestry and gardening spare parts and the services that support them. There were plenty of chances to showcase the breadth of our assortment and compare product options.
Big thanks to everyone who attended and made this debut such a success!

In Varsseveld, we celebrated an important milestone in our long-term partnership with @KNAPP: the successful go-live of the first phase of the OSR Evo Shuttle system expansion and finalisation of the next phases.
This investment strengthens our automation capabilities and supports our multi-year Masterplan that’s focused on improving efficiency, scalability and process flow in our distribution centre.
And we’re not stopping here. The next phase will bring palletising robots, renewed conveyor systems, and new packing machines.
By continuously investing in smart logistics and strong partnerships, we are getting ready for the future, together with our customers and partners.
