Kramp is strengthening our Transportation & Distribution team in the Nordic region. You bring solid experience in negotiating and managing last-mile distribution agreements. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to lead an operational team within a large international set-up and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our continued growth journey.

In the Nordic region, we currently operate distribution centers in Skjern and Paimio, serving customers across the Nordics. Kramp is currently building a new high-tech Distribution Center in Vejle, to which this position is expected to relocate by the end of 2026.

About the job

Kramp continues to grow, and we are now looking for a strong and people-oriented manager for our Transport & Distribution department. The role will focus on strengthening and supporting the operational team, while ensuring stability and structure in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

You will report directly to the Operations Director, Nordic. As a member of the Nordic Operational Leadership Team, you will contribute both strategically and tactically, ensuring that we leverage our scale and capabilities to deliver competitive and reliable transport solutions to and from our facilities – always with the customer in focus.

To succeed in the position as Transportation & Distribution Manager, it is important that you bring solid business understanding combined with a strong customer focus, as well as experience navigating complex operational set-ups within supply chain and distribution.

Your background

You have several years of experience from a similar role, preferably within a larger logistics or wholesale organization, where close collaboration with external transport providers has been essential.

You are educated within freight forwarding or logistics, and it will be an advantage if you have an additional degree within leadership.

You possess a strong analytical and logical mindset, enabling you to identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into tangible improvements. In addition, you demonstrate sound business acumen and a clear understanding of how operational decisions impact customer satisfaction and overall performance.

Many of your responsibilities will involve collaboration with international stakeholders, as well as daily interaction with our Nordic logistics facilities. Therefore, you are an effective communicator and fluent in both written and spoken English. As you will frequently work across the Nordic region, a general understanding of the Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
