Together with our partners, we shape category strategies, launch impactful campaigns, and make sure the right parts are available throughout the entire machine lifecycle, from maintenance to replacement. 

As OE Partnerships & Development Manager, you’re right at the commercial heart of the agri machinery world. 

You’re the person who spots opportunities before others do. You love opening doors, starting conversations, and turning first contacts into long-term partnerships. You actively search for new OE partners that fit our category strategy and strengthen our position in the agri market. 

Cold calling doesn’t scare you, it excites you. You enjoy building trust, understanding a supplier’s business, and creating win-win collaborations that drive growth for both sides. Working closely with Category Managers and Buyers, you help shape the future of our assortment and supply chain. You report directly to the Head of Machinery. 

Your role 

  • Build strong OE partnerships 
    Create and grow a high-performing supplier network that delivers long-term value. 

  • Find and win new partners 
    Identify leads, reach out proactively, network, pitch, and convert prospects into committed OE partners. 

  • Think commercially 
    Support category strategies, business cases, and annual plans with sharp market insights and present insights to C-level. 

  • Work as one team 
    Collaborate with internal (Senior) stakeholders and keep everyone aligned and informed. 

  • Negotiate & close 
    Analyze markets, negotiate prices, terms, and assortments, and secure the best deals. 

  • Manage performance 
    Track KPIs, SLAs, and contracts, and continuously improve supplier performance. 

  • Optimize value & costs 
    Spot saving opportunities and increase supplier contribution. 

  • Support the supply chain 
    Team up with supply chain colleagues to improve availability and delivery performance. 
     

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience 

  • 8+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles 

  • A natural dealmaker with strong commercial instincts 

  • High energy, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone 

  • Passion for the agri industry and understanding of how the market moves 

  • Strategic thinker who turns trends into action 

  • Strong communicator who builds trust easily 

  • Organized, driven, and focused on results
