Kramp is Europe’s leading supplier of parts, accessories and services for the agricultural sector. We are a digital company with a strong logistical heart: our supply chain is the backbone of everything we do. Through innovative IT solutions and data-driven decision making, we ensure our customers always get what they need – quickly, reliably and efficiently.

Within the Product Organisation Supply Chain, we work in multidisciplinary teams on the digital products that support our end-to-end supply chain. To strengthen the team in the Supplier-to-Warehouse domain, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who works closely together with the Product Owner and takes ownership from analysis through to implementation.

How you make an impact at Kramp

Every day, hundreds of suppliers deliver parts that need to be available in our warehouses at the right time and in the right quantities. As Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain (Supplier-to-Warehouse), you help make this possible by turning complex supply chain challenges into concrete, implemented improvements.

You operate in the same domain as the Product Owner Supply Chain Supplier-to-Warehouse, who is responsible for the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation. Your role is to deep-dive into processes, data and systems, and to ensure that solutions are well-designed, correctly implemented and adopted by the business.

You focus on the supplier-to-warehouse flow, supported by applications such as Slim4 (forecasting & demand planning), Oracle Supplier Portal and EDI platforms. Your work directly contributes to improving availability, delivery reliability and operational efficiency.

Your role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you work at the intersection of supply chain operations, product and IT. You are involved from the moment a problem is identified until the solution is live and delivering value.

You will:

  • Analyse end-to-end supplier-to-warehouse processes in an international supply chain environment

  • Identify root causes of issues related to availability, forecasting, ordering, supplier performance and data quality

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional designs and process improvements

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align analysis outcomes with the product roadmap and priorities

  • Support configuration, testing and implementation of changes in Slim4, Oracle Supplier Portal and EDI solutions

  • Work with stakeholders in Buying, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations and IT to ensure successful adoption

  • Monitor and validate whether implemented changes deliver the intended business impact

You do not stop at analysis or documentation — you take ownership to ensure solutions actually work in daily operations.

What you bring

You are an experienced business analyst or supply chain professional with a strong analytical mindset and a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.

You have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or a comparable field

  • Several years of relevant experience (typically 4–7+ years) in supply chain, business analysis or digitalisation roles

  • Solid understanding of supplier-to-warehouse processes, including forecasting, demand planning, ordering and supplier collaboration

  • Experience working with systems such as Slim4, Oracle and/or EDI platforms (or comparable tools)

  • Proven experience translating business requirements into implemented system and process changes

You are:

  • Comfortable working in a complex, international and multidisciplinary environment

  • Strong in stakeholder management and able to bridge business and technical perspectives

  • Analytical, structured and able to distinguish root causes from symptoms

  • Pragmatic and motivated by delivering tangible results

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum ways of working within product teams

This role is not a junior position and not a purely analytical or reporting-focused role.

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a fulltime contract)

  • Flexible working policy in hours and location

  • Travel- and working-from-home allowance

  • Great budget for training and courses

  • Generous pension plan
